Q1. What is the INI SS exam?
Ans. INI SS stands for Institute of National Importance Super Speciality Entrance Test. It is a biannual exam conducted by AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) for admission to post-doctoral courses such as DM/MCh/MD-Hospital Administration at 11 institutes across India.
Q2. Who is eligible for INI-SS 2025?
Ans. A candidate must have pursued Doctor of Medicine, or the individual must hold Diplomate of the National Board. MCh: The individual must have pursued Master of Surgery, or the individual must have pursued the Diplomate of the National Board in Surgery.
Q3. How many AIIMS are there in 2025?
Ans. As of January 2022, 5 AIIMS still are under development. In February 2022, the health ministry stated that all 24 new AIIMS will be functional by February 2025.
